Q6:       Why is it so hard to find a good vocal coach?

A:         Finding a vocal coach is not difficult, however, finding a good vocal coach is often a real challenge.  Many vocal coaches ignore the singers specific goals presented, and many coaches simply begin teaching using the standard classical format using classical exercises.  This is not to say this approach is wrong, however, we have found that if you focus first on the singers personal goals, and offer fun and contemporary vocal instruction the student will be more apt to continue training their voice.

Q8:       How can I find a good vocal coach where I live?

Q9:       Do you offer the You Can Sing with Impact program for online download?

A:         We had previously given this subject consideration.  However, after further research we decided against this format.  We found that most people were not willing to wait for the long period it takes to download just one lesson.  In addition, we also discovered that most people did not want the hassle of keeping up with usernames and passwords etc.  They preferred a hard copy portable product in their hands, and one they could easily use without a computer (i.e. practicing in the car,  at home, before a performance, rehearsal or lesson).   This does not mean that we will not be offering this service in the near future.  We just feel it is not in the best interest of our customers to offer this service now.  If you have a different opinion, we would like to hear your voice.  opinion@singwithimpact.com

Q10:     Do you really offer a money back guarantee on your vocal product?

A:          If after using this program you are not completely satisfied simply return the product to us in
             resalable condition within 10 days of ordering, and we will refund your money (less S & H
